EBizCharge – Designing the Future of Payments
Fintech
2019-2022
From junior designer to core contributor, I helped evolve EBizCharge’s visual identity, product UI, and integration consistency across its cloud platform and 100+ software partnerships.
Unified brand presence across product, website, and integrations
Overview
EBizCharge, a FinTech platform by Century Business Solutions, set out to modernize its brand and product as it launched a new cloud-based payment platform and expanded integrations across 100+ software systems. I joined the team as a junior designer and, over time, grew into a key design contributor — helping shape the visual identity, illustration system, and user interface for both the marketing site and the product experience.
I collaborated closely with the product and marketing teams to establish a cohesive design system used across the EBizCharge Cloud platform, partner integrations, and brand assets — bringing consistency, clarity, and scalability to their design ecosystem.
My Role
When I joined, EBizCharge’s visual presence was fragmented. The product lacked a unified brand voice, and design efforts across integrations and internal tools were disconnected.
Our key challenges:
Align the visual language between cloud product, website, and third-party integrations
Translate complex payment workflows into friendly, intuitive UI
Create brand-consistent illustration and icon systems that could scale
Support the product team with reusable components and clear visual patterns
What I Did
Contributed to and eventually helped lead brand and product design initiatives
Designed a cohesive illustration library to explain complex fintech concepts
Created a full iconography system following strict geometric and brand rules
Worked closely with the product team to design UI flows for the cloud platform
Helped build the foundation for a component-based design system
Led visual design across multiple integration projects for partner software platforms
Results
Unified brand presence across product, website, and integrations
Reduced design inconsistencies across 100+ partner systems
Enabled faster development with reusable assets and scalable design system
Supported the successful rollout of the EBizCharge Cloud platform
Improved internal design workflows and collaboration across teams

Iconography
Every icon was handcrafted with the EBizCharge brand in mind. There isn’t an icon that feels out of place! Each icon follows the rules of geometry for visual appeal and consistency. The icons are seen on the EBizCharge homepage and platform.

Identity Illustrations
Visual content has a substantial emotional impact on users that helps set up the right tone for the product on a marketing website. In the EBizCharge logo sign, we were keen to achieve a static and dynamic feel, so we used the same approach for illustrations. Example here
